| 【摘要】 目的 探讨四肢骨折外固定支架固定术后应用中药湿敷的临床疗效。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至2022 年 12 月兴国县人民医院收治的 90 例拟行外固定支架固定治疗的四肢骨折患者作为研究对象, 按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组 (45 例) 和对照组 (45 例), 观察组患者术后在常规处理基础上进行中药湿敷, 对照组患者术后仅进行常规处理, 对比两组患者炎症指标水平、肢体肿胀消退时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及生活质量。结果 术后 3 d,观察组患者白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α和降钙素原水平均明显低于对照组 (t = 3.904、3.740、3.823, P 均<0.001);观察组患者肢体肿胀消退时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组( t = 6.699、8.523、5.465, P 均<0.001); 术后 3、6 个月, 观察组患者生活质量评分均明显高于对照组 ( t = 7.992、4.725, P 均<0.001)。结论 四肢骨折外固定支架固定术后应用中药湿敷治疗, 可显著降低机体炎症反应程度, 促进肿胀消退及骨折愈合, 进而改善患者生活质量。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the application of Chinese medicine wet compress after external fixation brace fixation for limb fractures. Methods 90 patients admitted to Xingguo People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 for external fixation brace fixation were enrolled as research subjects and divided into study group (n = 45) and control group ( n = 45) according to the different treating methods. Patients in the study group were treated with Chinese medicine wet compress in addition to routine postoperative care after surgery, whereas patients in the control group were treated with routine postoperative care alone. The inflammatory factor level, limb swelling subsidence time, length of stay, fracture healing time, and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups. Results On day 3 after surgery, the levels of interleukin?10, tumor necrosis factor?α, and procalcitonin of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t = 3.904, 3.740 and 3.823, all P<0.001). Limb swelling subsidence time, length of stay, and fracture healing time of patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t = 6.699, 8.523 and 5.465, all P<0.001). On month 3 and 6 after surgery, the quality of life scores in thestudy group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (t = 7.992 and 4.725, both P<0.001). Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine wet compress after external fixation brace fixation for limb fractures can significantly reduce systemic inflammatory responses, promote swelling subsidence and fracture healing, and thus improve patients’ quality of life. |
