【摘要】 目的 分析 308 nm 准分子激光照射治疗慢性难愈合创面的临床疗效。方法 选取 2010 年 10 月至2023 年 12 月陇南市妇幼保健院收治的 30 例慢性难愈合创面患者作为研究对象, 按照不同治疗方法将其分为治疗组 (15 例) 和对照组 (15 例), 治疗组患者局部创面采用湿润烧伤膏+生肌散+生肌膏+308 nm 准分子激光照射治疗, 对照组患者局部创面采用湿润烧伤膏+生肌散+生肌膏治疗, 对比两组患者创面开始上皮化时间、创面愈合时间及愈后皮肤瘢痕增生情况。结果 治疗组患者创面开始上皮化时间及愈合时间均明显短于对照组 (Z/ t = -3.963、17.492, P 均<0.001); 创面愈合后, 治疗组患者愈后皮肤新版温哥华瘢痕量表 (VSS) 评分明显低于对照组 (Z= -4.811, P<0.001)。结论 308 nm 准分子激光照射能有效促进慢性难愈合创面组织再生修复, 加快创面愈合, 并降低瘢痕增生程度。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser irradiation in treating chronic refractory wounds. Methods 30 patients with chronic refractory wounds admitted to Longnan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2010 to December 2023 were enrolled as research subjects and divided into the treatment group (n = 15) and the control group (n = 15) according to different treating methods. The local wounds of the patients in the treatment group were treated with the combination therapy of moist exposed burn ointment (MEBO) plus Shengji powder plus Shengji ointment plus 308 nm excimer laser irradiation, while the local wounds of patients in the control group were treated with the combination therapy of MEBO plus Shengji powder plus Shengji ointment. Wound epithelialization initiation time, wound healing time, and scar hyperplasia of healed skin of patients were compared between the two groups. Results Wound epithelialization initiation time, wound healing time of patients in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (Z/ t = -3.963 and 17.492, both P<0.001). After wound healing, the new?edition Vancouver scar scale (VSS) score of the healed skin in the treatment group was markedly lower than that in the control group (Z= -4.811, P< 0.001). Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser irradiation can effectively promote tissue regenerative repair in chronic refractory wounds, accelerate wound healing, and reduce the degree of scar hyperplasia. |
