| 【摘要】 目的 研究探讨健脾除湿化痰汤联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗脾虚痰湿型结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月至2021年2月北京市宣武中医医院收治的60例脾虚痰湿型结节性痒疹患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组(30例) 和对照组(30例)，治疗组患者采用健脾除湿化痰汤联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗，对照组患者单纯采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗，对比观察两组患者临床疗效以及生活质量。结果 治疗6周后，治疗组患者中治愈9例、显效13例、有效6例、无效2例，明显优于对照组患者的治愈2 例、显效8例、有效17例、无效3例(Z = - 3.049，P = 0.002); 治疗组患者皮肤病生活质量指数( DLQI) 评分为(7.52 ±1.38) 分，明显低于对照组患者的DLQI评分(16.84±1.58)分(t =24.330，P <0.001)。结论 健脾除湿化痰汤联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗脾虚痰湿型结节性痒疹，可提高临床疗效，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Chushi Huatan Decoction combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in the treatment of prurigo nodularis caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness. Methods 60 patients with prurigo nodularis caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness, admitted to Xuanwu TCM Hospital Beijing from March 2020 to February 2021, were enrolled and divided, using the random number table, into treatment group (n =30) receiving Jianpi Chushi Huatan Decoction and Calcipotriol Ointment, and control group (n =30) receiving Calcipotriol Ointment alone. The clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, 9 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective in treatment group, which was significantly better than control group (Z = -3.049, P =0.002) - 2 cases cured,8 cases markedly effective, 17 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective; the dermatology life quality index (DLQI) score in treatment group was (7.52±1.38) points, being significantly lower than (16.84±1.58) points in control group (t =24.330, P<0.001). Conclusion Jianpi Chushi Huatan Decoction combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in the treatmentof prurigo nodularis caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
