          目的 研究分析维吾尔族与汉族痤疮患者的皮肤微生物分布特点。方法 分别选取2018年6月喀什地区第一人民医院收治的5例维吾尔族痤疮患者和南方医科大学皮肤病医院收治的5例汉族痤疮患者作为研究对象,采集面部皮肤微生物标本检测微生物16S rRNA多样性,并采用Spearman相关性分析面部皮肤微生物OUT分类与痤疮的相关性。结果 维吾尔族痤疮患者面部皮肤微生物丰富度和多样性均显著低于汉族痤疮患者(P均<0.05),两族痤疮患者面部皮肤微生物β多样性及OUT分类均存在显著差异(P均<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,两族患者痤疮的发生均与痤疮丙酸杆菌具有显著相关性(r=0.751、0.583,P均<0.001)。结论 维吾尔族和汉族痤疮患者面部皮肤微生物的β多样性及OUT分类均存在显著差异,但痤疮的发生均与痤疮丙酸杆菌具有显著相关性。

          【Abstract】Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of skin microbes inUyghur and Han patients with acne. Methods FiveUyghur patients with acne and five Han patients with acne respectively admitted into Kashgar First People’s Hospital and Dermatology Hospital of Southern MedicalUniversity in June,2018 were selected as research subjects. Facial skin microbe samples of these patients were collected to test the diversity of microbe 16S rRNA,and Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the correlation between facial skin microbe OUT classification and acne. Results The richness and diversity of facial skin microbes in theUyghur patients with acne were significantly lower than that in the Han patients with acne (both P < 0.05),and the β diversity and OUT classification also had significant differences between patients of the two nationalities (both P < 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the occurrence of acne in the two nationalities was significant correlated with propionibacterium acnes (r=0.751 and 0.583,both P<0.001). Conclusion Both β diversity and OUT classification of facial skin microbes respectively have significant differences betweenUyghur patients with acne and Han patients with acne,but the occurrence of acne in the two nationalities is both significantly related with the propionibacterium acnes.
