| 【摘要】 研究显示, 后天性小口畸形多由颜面部烧伤及外伤性唇颊缺损等引起, 严重者可致口裂呈鱼口状, 严重影响患者的进食、发音及口腔与咽喉疾病的诊治。目前, 临床上多于颜面部受损早期采用佩戴弹力开口器的方式予以防治, 但由于开口器开口尺寸及长度固定, 难以适应所有患者, 且随着小口畸形患者口形的逐渐改变, 需要不停更换新的开口器。为此, 笔者结合多年临床经验研制了一种新的小口畸形矫正器(国家实用新型专利号为ZL 2016 2 0399621.6), 以期为临床提供一种经济实惠、操作简便, 且适用于各类小口畸形患者全程矫正治疗的器械。 |

| 【Abstract】 Studies have shown that acquired microstomia is generally caused by facial burns and traumatic lip defects.In serious cases, It can lead to chapped mouth, like fish mouth, affecting food intake, speaking and treatment of oral and pharyngeal diseases. Currently, most patients with facial injuries wear mouth gag at early stage to prevent its progress.However, as the opening size and length of mouth gag are fixed, it isn’t applicable for all patients. Moreover, with patient’s mouth size changes gradually, new mouth gags of different sizes are needed to replace the old ones all the time. Thanks to years of clinical experiences, the author developed a new type of microstomia correction device (Chinese patent number for utility models: ZL 2016 2 0399621.6), with the aim of providing all patients with microstomia a convenient, inexpensive and practical clinical device that can be used in the whole course of correction. |
