          【摘要】 目的 探讨原位再生医疗技术治疗老年性深度压疮的临床疗效?方法 将2011 年1 月-2016 年3月广西壮族自治区江滨医院普外科收治的48 例老年性Ⅲ?Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为对照组(26 例) 与治疗组(22例), 在全身综合治疗的基础上, 对照组患者压疮创面采用常规外科换药疗法治疗, 治疗组患者压疮创面采用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 观察两组患者压疮创面愈合时间及愈合效果?结果 两组患者压疮创面均完全愈合, 其中治疗组患者创面平均愈合时间为(50.03 ±19.45) d, 愈后皮肤无瘢痕增生, 功能恢复较好; 对照组患者创面平均愈合时间为(75.12 ±18.35) d, 愈后皮肤有瘢痕增生, 两组对比, P <0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 在全身综合治疗的基础上, 应用原位再生医疗技术治疗老年性深度压疮疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the in?situ regenerative therapy in the treatment of deep pressure ulcers in the senior. Methods The senior patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcers admitted to General Surgery Department of Jiangbin Hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2011 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (26 patients) and treatment group (22 patients). On the basis of systemic treatment, the pressure ulcer wounds in the control group were treated with the conventional dressing change while the pressure ulcer wounds in the treatment group were treated with the in?situ regenerative therapy. The clinical outcome and healing time of pressure ulcer wounds were then observed accordingly. Results The pressure ulcer wounds in patients of both groups were completely healed. The average healing time in patients from the treatment group was (50.03 ±19.45) d with good restoration of function and no hypertrophic scarring after the healing; the average healing time in patients from the control group was (75.12 ±18.35) d with hypertrophic scar formation after the healing. The comparison of healing time between the two groups showed statistically significant difference, with P <0.01. Conclusion On the basis of systemic management, the in?situ regenerative therapy can realize excellent clinical efficacy in the treatment of deep pressure ulcers in the senior, and should be widely applied in clinical practice.
