| 目的 观察皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效，并总结临床经验。方法 应用皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG激光治疗黄褐斑380例，根据评定标准对治疗结果进行评价。结果 380例黄褐斑患者经治疗后基本治愈272例，显效57例，好转51例，无效0例，有效率86.58％。结论 皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG激光治疗黄褐斑疗效确切，该技术值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd:YAG laser in treating Chloasma and to summarize the clinical treatment experience. Methods: 380 cases with Chloasma were treated with MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd:YAG laser to evaluate the treatment efficacy based on the evaluation criteria. Results: Of the 380 cases, the treatment healed 272 patients, was effective in 57 cases, improved the conditions of 51 cases, and wasn’t ineffective in any case. An effective rate of 86.58% was achieved. Conclusion: The treatment protocol of MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd:YAG laser in treating Chloasma can achieve significant therapeutic efficacy and should be popularized in clinics. |
