          目的 研究多功能微波治疗仪联合疤痕软膏对术后切口瘢痕形成的影响。方法 自2009年7月至2010年8月期间,对行美容及整形小手术的48例患者中,自愿接受多功能微波治疗仪联合疤痕软膏治疗术后切口的25例患者于用药后6个月观察切口瘢痕形态并测量瘢痕的宽度。结果 25例患者中切口无瘢痕增生23例,瘢痕增生2例,切口处平整、柔软,瘢痕宽度平均约15mm。结论 应用多功能微波治疗仪联合疤痕软膏疗效好,易操作,安全可靠,无副作用,可明显预防术后切口瘢痕生长。

          Objective: To study the effect of Multifunctional Microwave Apparatus combined with MEBO Scar Ointment on incisional scarring after surgery. Methods: 48 patients admitted into our department to undergo small plastic surgery procedures from July, 2009 to August, 2010 were divided into two groups, of which 25 patients who adopted the Multifunctional Microwave Apparatus combined with MEBO Scar Ointment treatment, were voluntarily part of the treatment group while the other 23 patients, who refused the intervention but only accepted a follow-up, were part of the control group. The morphology and width of incisional scars were observed and measured around 6 months after surgery. Results: Among 25 patients in the treatment group, 23 of them did not have hypertrophic scarring and 2 of them had hypertrophic scarring. Incisional scars in the MEBO group were flat and soft with an average width of around 1.5mm. Scarring occurance in the treatment group was apparently less than that in the control group. Conclusion: Multifunctional Microwave Apparatus combined with MEBO Scar Ointment is an effective, safe and reliable approach to be administered without side effects, and is effective in the prevention of postoperative incisional scarring.
